FUTURAS was a free and innovative leadership, mentoring, and women’s empowerment program designed for young women in Argentina to develop self-awareness and gain project management tools to solve community problems. With seven editions held, the program sought to form leaders committed to their communities and aware of the importance of women’s leadership.

Blended format, virtual and in person, with one-on-one mentoring in pairs and specialized workshops with asynchronous training.
It included the in-person Women Leaders Summit in Miramar de Ansenuza, Cordoba, where participants traveled to meet one another, build a network of changemakers, and draw direct inspiration from leading women and role models.
To participate in the program, you must meet the following requirements:
Learners: women ages 15 to 19 from any province in Argentina.
Mentors: women over 20 with experience in leadership or mentoring.
This program ran from 2017 to 2024 and is not currently open for enrollment.
