Fundacion Lideres de Ansenuza program that brings together, supports, accompanies, and recognizes people who have already gone through at least one foundation program and want to keep strengthening their skills to become leaders in their communities.
Lideres is the Fundacion Lideres de Ansenuza program responsible for bringing together, supporting, accompanying, and recognizing everyone who, after taking part in at least one foundation program, wants to continue strengthening their skills to become leaders in their communities through the implementation of new programs created exclusively for this community. Lideres focuses on support rooted in commitment, knowing that our community includes remarkable people who can achieve unimaginable things when connected with the right opportunities. We continue investing in the young people who once came through the foundation, encourage the ongoing development of their leadership, and generate post-program impact.

Nationwide, aimed at former participants of FLA programs.
To participate in the program, you must meet the following requirements:
Have participated in at least one program run by Fundacion Lideres de Ansenuza.
After graduating from a program, participants must complete the community entry request and, depending on the program, project registration. To do so, request it by emailing comunidad@lideresdeansenuza.org and we will contact you with the next steps.

Throughout the year, Lideres offers different initiatives such as workshops and training sessions to continue building key leadership skills.
Personalized support for the continuity of your projects to drive the ongoing development of your leadership.
In-person meetings are held in different provinces so former participants can meet and share experiences.
Every 15 days, internal and external opportunities are shared through the initiative called "opportunity mix" so participants can keep growing.
